Hi, I’m Blake Pesetsky.

I'm Blake Pesetsky, a Licensed Associate Counselor based in Fort Smith, AR. I work with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. People who are tired of feeling stuck and are ready to get some help. My approach is person-centered, meaning therapy is tailored to your specific situation and goals, not a one-size-fits-all method.

I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches depending on what you need, and for couples, I'm trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Counseling, a research-based approach to helping partners communicate better, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationship. In sessions, you can expect a straightforward, judgment-free space.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University. My background includes over 10 years of real-world experience helping people navigate hardship, work that laid the foundation for the therapist I am today. If you're ready to get started, reach out and let's talk.

You need therapy. And that’s okay.

If you are tired of feeling stuck and are ready to get some help, let's talk.

I serve the Fort Smith, Van Buren, and Greenwood area in person with therapy services. And I serve the entire state of Arkansas with telehealth.

I offer in-person or tele-therapy on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
